Sunday August 2nd – Trinity 8

There will be a service of Morning Prayer at Mursley at 9:30 and Coffee Outside at Swanbourne at 11:00. Bring your own biscuits and chair to the latter! (some cleaned plastic chairs will also be available).

For the online service there will be Zoom All Age Worship (joining details in your emailed invite).
You will need to download a copy of the prayer activity here. Only one per household is needed and best cut out beforehand.
If you can’t print this off yourself, then please make your own of similar size.

Please also note again the following from the Diocese concerning face coverings, in effect from Friday 24th July following the government’s advice:

We strongly advise that face coverings should be worn by all those attending a place of worship, including ministers, worshippers, staff, volunteers, contractors and visitors, where there may be other people present; remembering that they are mainly intended to protect other people, not the wearer, from coronavirus COVID-19 and that they are not a replacement for physical distancing and regular hand washing.

“The Prime Minister has outlined plans (27:13-27:35 of this 45 minute recording) to make face coverings mandatory in Places of Worship from 8th August and has withdrawn guidance to permit indoor professional performances with immediate effect. We will study detailed government regulations and guidance once they are available and will update our guidance accordingly.”
